At the very young age of 18, Jeff started a successful catering business which generated over $1 million in sales during a 3-year period. After selling this business in 1990, he went to work for a hotel management company, where he was eventually promoted to Food & Beverage Director of a 500-room hotel. In this position, Jeff managed over 200 employees as well as a multi-million dollar P&L budget. Jeffrey left the hotel business in 1996 to start his career as an Investment Banker.

While in the investment banking sector, Jeffrey has worked in all aspects of the banking/brokerage business. As an investment banker, Jeffrey participated in dozens of Initial Public Offerings/Private Placements that raised over $120 million. Jeff has also owed a franchise office of a national brokerage chain. After building this franchise branch into a business that generated in excess of $1 million a year in net profitability, Jeffrey then purchased his own brokerage firm.

Again, he was able to build this new business into a profitable entity. For the past 6 years Jeffrey has been a Corporate Consultant specializing in publicly traded small & Micro Cap companies. Since starting his consultant business, Sage Market Advisors, Jeffrey has assisted dozens of companies in raising over $40 million.

He has also acted as an advisor for many of them on how to become publicly traded entities. Many companies have also retained his expertise on how to create value for their shareholders once they become public.
