Frequently Asked Questions:
Q: I have a Mac and I can't hear the Ice Man's (or Dollar Man's) recordings. What can I do?
A: If you can hear other sounds from your speakers (music, news, etc.) from other sites, you may need a plug-in. Here's a link for a free Mac plug-in.
Q: I use QuickTime to hear audio files, and I can't hear the recordings. What can I do?
A: You probably need a QuickTime plug-in. Click here for the free download.
Q: I have recently upgraded [or switched to] FireFox, and now I can't hear the recordings. How do I fix this?
A: You probably need a FireFox plug-in. If that's the case, the fix is easy.
Click here. This will take you to plug-in page at the FireFox site. Once there, click the big green button that says "Add to FireFox." After you click it, a small window will open. In that window, click the "Install now" button. This will make the plug-in install. You will then be asked if you want to restart FireFox. Choose Yes, and that should do it.
Q: I've tried the two fixes above, but neither of them have worked. Is there any other way to hear his recordings?
A: You can copy and paste these addresses (without the quotation marks) into your browser to access the file directly: "http://StocksThatMove.com/AUDIO/ice_man.mp3" for the Ice Man recordings; or "http://StocksThatMove.com/AUDIO/dollar_man.mp3" for the Dollar Man's. BookMark these pages for easy access.
